You have the right to request deletion of your data under GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) and CCPA. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Foot measurements (length, width)
- Size Passport and recommendations history
- Feedback and fit ratings
- Account profile and preferences
- 3D scan data (if any)
What is NOT affected
- Aggregated, anonymized statistics (cannot identify you)
- Data required for legal obligations (audit logs retained 30 days)
- Browser localStorage — clear this yourself in browser settings
This action is permanent. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Your Size Passport and all sizing history will be permanently erased.
